Terms of service

Effective date: 21 October 2026

These terms are the rules for using Zen-NEET. Zen-NEET is run by Kaiku Labs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Zen-NEET, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

1. What Zen-NEET is

Zen-NEET is an online study workspace for students preparing for NEET-UG. It gives you a daily plan, chapter lessons, practice questions, review of your mistakes, timed mock tests, and Zenith, an AI study helper.

2. Your account

  • Use your own, real email address. One account is for one person.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • If you are under 18, use Zen-NEET only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • While Zen-NEET is in early access, new accounts may be limited to people we have invited.

3. Price

Zen-NEET is free to use at the moment. Some features have daily limits, for example how many Zenith questions you can ask or mock tests you can start. If we ever offer paid plans, we will show the price clearly first, and you will never be charged unless you choose to pay.

4. Fair use

Please do not:

  • share your account or sell access to it;
  • copy, download in bulk, or republish Zen-NEET’s questions, lessons or explanations;
  • try to break, overload or get around the limits or security of Zen-NEET;
  • use Zenith to cheat in an exam, to look for leaked papers, or to pretend to be someone else;
  • post anything unlawful, hateful or hurtful, or anyone else’s private information.

5. Study content

Everything in Zen-NEET is for practice. Our lessons, questions and explanations are written and reviewed by our team, sometimes with the help of AI tools. Past NEET questions appear only where we are allowed to show them, and they are marked as past questions. Answers and explanations are ours and can contain mistakes. If you find one, use the flag button on the question.

Zen-NEET is not connected with, or approved by, the National Testing Agency (NTA), NCERT or any coaching institute. It is not official NTA material unless it clearly says so. For the official syllabus, dates, rules and answer keys, always check the NTA’s own website.

6. Zenith

Zenith is an AI study helper. It can be wrong. Check important facts in your textbook. Zenith is for studying only and does not give medical or health advice.

7. No guarantee of results

Zen-NEET helps you plan and practise. We cannot promise any mark, rank or admission. Your result depends on you and on the exam.

8. What you write

Your notes and questions belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to run Zen-NEET for you. We do not make them public, and we do not reuse them as questions for other students.

9. When things go wrong

We work hard to keep Zen-NEET running and correct, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be slow, unavailable or have errors. We may change, add or remove features. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using Zen-NEET or by not being able to use it.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Zen-NEET at any time and ask us to delete your account from Account, then Data access. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will tell you in Zen-NEET before it applies. If you keep using Zen-NEET after that, you accept the new terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
